dc.descriptionThis work deals with the definition, content and development of international criminal law, which is essentially a substantive criminal law created by the international community with the purpose of sanctioning the crimes of greatest importance to humanity. Likewise, it analyzes its differences with the prescriptive jurisdiction, known in Mexico as “Derecho penal internacional”, which is a law of national origin by which states regulate the extent of their punitive power, in accordance with certain principles that are also studied.en-US
dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo trata sobre la definición, contenido y desarrollo del Derecho internacional penal, que es esencialmente un derecho penal sustantivo creado por la comunidad internacional con el propósito de sancionar los crímenes de mayor trascendencia para la humanidad. Asimismo, analiza sus diferencias con el Derecho penal internacional, que es un Derecho de origen nacional por el que los Estados regulan la extensión de su potestad punitiva, conforme a determinados principios que tambien son estudiados.es-ES
