dc.description	This paper sets out the progressiveness of social rights as fundamental norms within the Mexican regulatory system, and the impact on the exercise of these have had the containment measures taken by the Mexican authorities to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic. The methodology used is based on a descriptive-informative analysis, since the reader is presented with general theoretical aspects of human rights, but in particular social rights, and their relationship to the principle of progressiveness, in order to reflect on the impact of these to health contingency.	en-US
dc.description	El presente trabajo expone la progresividad de los derechos sociales, como normas fundamentales dentro del sistema normativo mexicano, y el impacto que sobre el ejercicio de éstos han provocado las medidas de contención tomadas por las autoridades mexicanas para hacer frente a la pandemia por COVID-19. La metodología utilizada se basa en un análisis descriptivo-informativo, toda vez que se presenta al lector aspectos teóricos generales de los derechos humanos, pero en particular de los derechos sociales, y su relación con el principio de progresividad, con el fin de reflexionar sobre el impacto que tienen éstos ante contingencia sanitaria.	es-ES
