dc.descriptionThe recent inclusion of the prohibition error in the Comprehensive Organic Criminal Code allows us to demonstrate the need for the rules to be interpreted taking into account the updates presented by the doctrine of Criminal Law, as well as the various situations that arise in real life, since no interpretation will be definitive or valid at all times, so the current incorporation allows us to have a regulation according to the structure of the crime established in the 2014.en-US
